If you are anywhere from a total novice in the kitchen to a passionate and accomplished home cook, you may want to come once a week for an Evening Series, or for Weekend Workshops, or for One-Day Workshops. All of these Courses are what we call Participation where you do the cooking under the guidance of the instructor. If you prefer to watch the Chef cook, you should check out the Cooking Demonstrations we offer on mostly weekday afternoons. Whatever you chose, we know you will have fun!
