The reason Malcolm's classes are so popular, is that he is a thoughtful and patient teacher and the food you cook under his guidance is delicious. Not only that, but you will have fun with the other students. The theme here is Italian foods of spring. Some of the dishes the class will make are Fava Bean Pesto Crostini with Mint, Buffalo Mozzarella and Pea Shoots; Pizza Bianca with Asparagus, Ricotta, and Spring Onions; Seared Tuna with Artichokes, Lemon, and Capers; Grilled Pork Chops with Salsa Verde and Baked Zucchini; and Ricotta Gelato with Strawberry Passito Sauce.
