Cut the crusts off the bread, break into cubes, place in a large bowl with the warm water. Add the onion, eggs, ground beef, pork, and veal, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Press this mixture into a 8-inch bread pan, cover with chili sauce, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
